Note: The Platinum sponsor will be designated as the *Exclusive Sponsor* of VitiNord 2025, ensuring singular visibility at the highest tier. 

We are also open to additional sponsorship ideas not listed here — such as organizing a lottery, contest, or other custom
promotional activity that can bring value to both the sponsor and our attendees. Feel free to propose creative collaborations.

 

 

Sponsors area plan

Thanks to the newly finalized venue layout, we’re excited to offer our sponsors clearly defined and visible areas:

● Silver sponsors: located in a spacious 250 m² coffee and networking area (with 5–10 stands), where 8 dedicated breaks
will take place.

● Gold sponsors: placed along the main corridor between conference rooms, with high traffic from all attendees.

● Platinum sponsors: located next to the largest conference room in a reserved zone.

The silver sponsor coffee area will be the central networking spot for the entire event.

Coffee and snacks will be served here during breaks, giving attendees natural reasons to approach and engage.
